Room was in disrepair (wife used other words) and we could not stay there. Staff was very pleasant. She said she would refund us, but did not. Booking.com charge still on my CC account. Mid-City was sadly not what we expected.

Horrible hotel. People live there. Hotel description is not accurate at all. Thankfully we were able to get out of booking the room. Totally unsafe area. The only thing good was the attendant at the desk.
